Went to trade in my truck for a new one. Everyone was very helpful. Process took longer then I would have liked.. but the next day when I had an engine light come on everyone was very helpful. Excellent, reasonable, worked for it
I went looking for a specific vehicle, after my e was hit by a dump truck of all things. This particular one wasn't available at the time, so Marc showed me some other options. Left with the understanding i'd be back to look at the original vehicle. When I returned, I ended up going with the one that had originally peaked my interest. Wasn't a Chev product, but certainly were treated very well. Weren't pressured into buying things I didnt want or need. Was upfront about what I was looking for and that's what I got. Thank-you Marc, Courtney, Dave and crew for making what was a hellish few weeks dealing with insurance companies a happy ending when we finally got to drive way!!

I have been with this dealership for a number of years. My recent experiences support my vote of confidence with this dealership. I came in looking for a new vehicle and also concerned regarding the degree of integrated technology incorporated into the vehicle. In-depth explanations about the current functionality of several vehicles along with the future re-design schedules of these vehicles (i.e more computerized integration) led me to conclude that now is the time to purchase. David Heckbert has a very professional , calming and informed perspective. This was supported by the knowledge of Helena Banks who walked me through the individual features (in particular which technology aspects could be turned off) of each vehicle and test drives. Troy Banks was invaluable in obtaining convex mirrors (for driving in heavy traffic) and winter tires for my new vehicle. Devin was responsible for all of the paperwork and was able to competently answer all of my detailed financial and product detail questions. You really get the sense that all of the employees are functioning as part of a team at the dealership.

A fantastic experience
My wife and I had popped in, unscheduled for a test drive shortly after noon on a Saturday. We fell in love with the vehicle and decided to move forward with acquiring it. The sales staff were very conscientious of our desires and budget and did everything in their power to make us happy. The financial team was there on a Saturday as well and were able to complete all the paperwork in order to get us out the door, same day, with our vehicle. Not to forget the detailing team as well. Within 90 minutes the vehicle was detailed inside and out. This is how vehicle purchasing should be!

From the time Robin picked up my call for an appointment for an inspection for my auto, to the time I left, this was an awesome experience! Staff are just so friendly & accommodating. I received a free oil change for test driving another auto & got to use my $25 coupon for a new air-filter! While waiting, not one person just passed me by. Everyone (although it was easy to tell they were busy) stopped to say, "Hello" , if I wanted coffee, etc. Eddie & David even stopped to chat for a few minutes!! Truly amazing staff. I keep going back-friendly service
This is my 4th new vehicle purchase with Hemphills/now Township Chev Buick and have dealt with David Heckbert and this time David as well as Helena Banks. Service was excellent, and both have been very friendly and helpful to deal with. It's nice to know you have been re-assured that you can drop by or call if you have any problems. I have always had my vehicles serviced there as well and their service department, I mostly have dealt with Robyn, and she is awesome. It's great to drive into the service department and be greeted with a cheerful and friendly person like Robyn. Obviously I am happy with the customer service I'm receiving since I keep going back to this dealer. Change in dealership is not what I want. Oh also Allan drives me work while my car is getting services and he's great.

Purchased a Certified Vehicle
We purchased a Certified 2014 Truck and after the purchase have discovered that there is only 1 key available. Have requested an additional key and have not had a response yet, other then we can purchase one along with a fob for over $200. This is the first dealership where we have purchased a vehicle and had only one key available. We get the feeling since it was not a new vehicle that the service level does not apply. A bit disappointed. We felt that Courtney and Bobby were helpful but that they do not have the authority to ensure issues can be followed up.

Went to trade in my truck for a new one. Everyone was very helpful. Process took longer then I would have liked.. but the next day when I had an engine light come on everyone was very helpful. Keith and Mitch were great with helping me find a vehicle that would fit my budget and meet all the items on my wish list. My time with Courtney however was highly stressful. I realize that her job is to make sure you have the warranties and coverage they recommend however after stating at the start that the payment was already at my max comfort level she continued to push the products, using visual diagrams to try and "put it in perspective a different way". No amount of changing the way she explained it would have made me be able to afford the plans. My anxiety level got so high I nearly cancelled the sale. For someone with high anxiety, her approach was not ideal. However, overall the whole process was excellent otherwise. I would highly recommend Keith, Mitch and all the Township Chevy crew.

I went looking for a specific vehicle, after my e was hit by a dump truck of all things. This particular one wasn't available at the time, so Marc showed me some other options. Left with the understanding i'd be back to look at the original vehicle. When I returned, I ended up going with the one that had originally peaked my interest. Wasn't a Chev product, but certainly were treated very well. Weren't pressured into buying things I didnt want or need. Was upfront about what I was looking for and that's what I got. Thank-you Marc, Courtney, Dave and crew for making what was a hellish few weeks dealing with insurance companies a happy ending when we finally got to drive way!!

I was looking for a new car but was not sure of my financing options. As soon as I arrived everything was explained to me and I was escorted to a waiting car for a test drive. It was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for ! It’s like they read my mind. Purchased a Certified Vehicle
We purchased a Certified 2014 Truck and after the purchase have discovered that there is only 1 key available. Have requested an additional key and have not had a response yet, other then we can purchase one along with a fob for over $200. This is the first dealership where we have purchased a vehicle and had only one key available. We get the feeling since it was not a new vehicle that the service level does not apply. A bit disappointed. We felt that Courtney and Bobby were helpful but that they do not have the authority to ensure issues can be followed up.

lemon of a Sierra
Purchased my first new vehicle, 2017 Sierra. upon taking it in for the first oil change around 11k they noticed the oil pan was leaking and a bolt was backed out. went to tighten the bolts and it was cross threaded and it twisted off, they had to repair that. not a big deal but the oil pan wasn't fitting properly and had to order one, it took a couple days. Then on my next oil change at around 21k they noticed it was still leaking from the oil pan, they repaired and I came back 2-3 weeks later. They said the rear main seal of the engine was leaking, seeing that all this was from the manufacturer I wanted them to take the truck back. it took much too long and some heated conversations but they offered to put me in a one year newer truck. This only happened because I had to go there and point a truck and say I want the same truck as I currently have. Adam the owner I spoke with and expressed my concerns and he didnt seem like he wanted to step in and my salesman bobby didnt seem to help much either. Eddy was the only one I was dealing with, wasn't an easy process and decided if this is how a dealership responds to issues I don't want to be part of it. At the same time they take an article in the pioneer stating they are changing the car buy experience. So far I've met several people with 2017 GMC trucks and a good many of them that purchased from township were not that happy. Do your research and ask the service dept lots of questions. The only reason I was at township is their service dept is one of the best, Robin and Marvin are top notch. Sales not so much, and the finance guy wants to up sell you after you've agreed to a price. Tries to get you to pay $5 or $8 here and there, completely unprofessional

A fantastic experience
My wife and I had popped in, unscheduled for a test drive shortly after noon on a Saturday. We fell in love with the vehicle and decided to move forward with acquiring it. The sales staff were very conscientious of our desires and budget and did everything in their power to make us happy. The financial team was there on a Saturday as well and were able to complete all the paperwork in order to get us out the door, same day, with our vehicle. Not to forget the detailing team as well. Within 90 minutes the vehicle was detailed inside and out. This is how vehicle purchasing should be!

Terrible customer service
I bought a new truck at township in July, the experience up until the time the paperwork was signed was good. I have never bought a new vehicle in the past so was a bit nervous about the purchase. After the purchase that happened on a Friday I parked the truck for the weekend and didn't touch it. On Monday I was contacted by Bobby Berrigan to see how I've been getting along. After explaining to Bobby that I think I made a mistake in buying the truck and that I had not slept all weekend and had been sick to my stomach with buyer remorse he told me that he would talk to Eddie and get back to me. A couple hours later Eddie called and I told him the same story. He told me he would see what he could do and call me back. At the time I had 155 km on the truck, it is now October and I've yet to be contacted. I didn't really care what the news of the call back would have been, either they could do something about the transaction or not. However to not get a single call back when the people who I dealt with knew how it was effecting a customer is extremely disappointing. It seemed to me like the dealership truly doesn't care about their customers at all. I realize that nobody forced me to do anything when buying the truck however it would be nice to know that the dealership is there for it's customers. Words can't express how disappointed I was with how Eddie handled the situation as for Bobby and Michael I feel they were doing their jobs the way the dealership would allow.

Great experience buying a car
Jakson was a professional in every respect. He was friendly, patient and helpful more so than any other car salesperson we have dealt with. He had time to show us lots of things about the vehicle and after we had purchased it, he took the time to transfer our satellite radio and set up the Bluetooth. It was pouring rain and Jakson maintained such a positive attitude while transferring the liscense plate. We will recommend Jakson to any friends looking to buy a car at Township.. Although we were more than pleased with our dealing with Jakson, we are not pleased with the car we purchased. The next day we had an appointment inMoncton, and we were excited to try out our Encore. Just as we were driving into Moncton, we were flagged down by a motorist who told us our car was leaking something and there were fumes. We called a tow truck and I had to take a taxi to my appointment. It was all very stressful. The people at the Moncton dealership were very busy, but managed to get someone to fix the car. We spent the afternoon waiting for it and were not able to do the shopping we had planned to do. The car only has 42000 Km.s and it was very disappointing to have this problem. There was oil all over the back of the car and also in the driveway when we returned..there appears to be an oil stain on the drivers seat.

What a nice people work there
Well I spoke with Clair and Mike a while ago and also visited this dealership in the past test driving a Camion Diesel, didn't end up buying. However today was just an awesome experience. Mark still remembered me from about a year ago. Mike he new what I was looking for and called me immediately after he had something suitable.
