Our Customer Care Specialists at Township work closely with the Sales Department, handling the hundreds of internet leads that are generated from over 7,000 unique visitors to our website every month. Your day is spent answering online inquiries, providing customer follow-up and booking sales appointments for potential customers who are interested in embarking on their vehicle buying journey with us. While part of your day may be spent behind a computer, the administrative work is kept to a bare minimum. Why? Because you are a complete rockstar when it comes to customer engagement, whether it be over the phone, through text, email or through our webchat tool.
When you're not engaging with customers directly, you're out on the lot making things happen -- pulling vehicles from the lineup, snapping standout photos, and sharing them on social media. You take initiative to give online shoppers the full experience, providing detailed information, photos, and live video walkarounds that spark interest and bring more potential buyers to the dealership.

Education: High School Diploma
Experience: 1 year customer service experience would be considered an asset.
Other: Must have the ability to efficiently work on a computer and all social media platforms. Must have valid Driver's license.
