Parts Specialist Hero Needed to drive higher standards

You never stop pursuing until you find the solution.  The Parts Specialist we want on our team is a service minded team player who can excel at multitasking.  You thrive at performing repetitive activities with precision and are still adaptable to disruption and change throughout your day.  You conduct yourself with a strong sense of duty by trying to be attentive and responsive to the emotional needs of others but keeps an eye on the objective needs of the situation.  As a Parts Specialist nothing can get past you, so you’re sure to follow up on every task to make sure it completed right and on time.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Look up, quote, and source parts required for vehicle repairs in the service department
  • Bill out parts sold on repair orders
  • Hand deliver required parts to service Technicians in their bay area
  • Carrying / Operating fork lift to transport large parts between buildings
  • Other administrative tasks to maintain accuracy of the parts inventory

Wage: $15 / Hour

– You are responsible for everything that happens or fails to happen with your customers buying experience.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities,

– Secure financial loans for customers to ensure vehicle sales, and secure funding in a timely fashion.

– Protect dealership assets by ensuring each transaction is consistent with good customer satisfaction and legal compliance.

– Review available protection products with each customer to ensure compliance based on customer needs.

– Other administrative duties required for finalizing each vehicle transaction, including registration of vehicle, incentive reporting, and other requirements that may vary by transaction type.

REQUIREMENTS:

Highest level of integrity
University degree preferred or equivalent experience
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures is not required
Professional personal appearance
Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays
Must be able to effectively execute process
Must be a raving fan of continued training
Must be a raving fan of change
Must have a proven track record in a sales environment
